to the Eighth Annual Raffles Hotel Wine & Food Experience. Once
again, we have the pleasure of hosting this gastronomic pilgrimage;
one that promises a true feast for the senses.
We
are privileged to play host to no less than five renowned chefs,
with 9 Michelin Stars between them. Usually one would expect to
wait 3 months for a reservation at any of their restaurants. Yet
you may now sample the culinary artistry of Messrs, Yannick Alleno,
Michel Del Burgo, Philippe Gauvreau, Philippe Marand and Jean-Louis
Nomicos over 7 days in one historic venue.
As
always, fine wine accompanies almost every meal. Our crop of twelve
renowned European vintners will present some of the finest classic
vintages.
Adding
to the experience is food for the mind in the form of installations
and sculptures created by renowned artist Sun Yu-Li. These will
be on display throughout the event, universal companies of sublime
beauty as we make this culinary voyage.
You
will find it a journey of discovery too, as the chefs reveal just
a taste of their secrets at the Raffles Culinary Academy.
